Founded in 1992, the AJCU Human Resources Network is comprised of human resources professionals at the 27 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States. They meet annually at an AJCU institution to provide the opportunity for ‘peer institutions’ to exchange leading practices in human resources, review best strategies for ensuring mission-directed human resource organizations, and share information that can inform the human resource work in support of their institutions’ Jesuit identity.
Network members stay in frequent contact with each other through an active AJCU listserv.
