The Global Consortium of Jesuit Executive Education, or Jesuit Consortium, is a group of professional education centers from Jesuit institutions who gather to collaborate on best-practices, curriculum, and delivery of continuing education/professional development. Members come from a range of departments including executive education, continuing education, adult or professional studies and more.

Our uniting goal is to uplift each other and our Jesuit values by promoting programs that are able to educate learners intellectually and ethically. We seek to offer equitable learning opportunities to all, thinking consciously about the individuals we serve.

Currently, the following institutions are active members of the Jesuit Consortium: Fordham University, Gonzaga University, Loyola Marymount University, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola University Maryland, Loyola University New Orleans, Marquette University, Regis University, Saint Joseph’s University, Santa Clara University, Seattle University and Xavier University.

Heroic Leadership For All
Drawing on the wisdom and insights that have inspired Jesuit success across centuries, this program (sponsored by Santa Clara University’s Silicon Valley Executive Center) will enable you and your team to cultivate four crucial pillars of great leadership: self-awareness, love, ingenuity, and heroism.

Women’s Business Leadership Certificate
Facilitated by the Xavier University Leadership Center’s (XLC) nationally recognized and experienced practitioners, this program helps mid-level managers to develop business acumen and leadership skills. XLC’s subject matter experts integrate knowledge with practical application to real issues and opportunities. The program is multi-layered and highly interactive.

Project Management (Online/Asynchronous)
XLC’s Online/Asynchronous Project Management Certificate Program is built on the content and processes found in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge – Seventh Edition. This highly interactive program develops the essential skills and real-world practices required for project managers to be successful, capable of delivering projects on time, on budget, and according to specifications.

Train the Trainer
Participants of XLC’s Train-the-Trainer program will learn the essentials of the training function and directly apply new content to their jobs while exploring the best in-person and online training practices. You will learn the keys to teaching virtually, both with and without PowerPoint!

Paralegal Certificate (Online)
The paralegal certificate program at Loyola University New Orleans is designed for professionals looking to start a career in the legal profession or to advance in their current role. This immersive online, six-month certificate program will train you in legal writing, terminology, research, contracts, civil procedure, trial preparation, investigation, discovery, and substantive topics of law.


Certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation
Gonzaga University’s Center for Lifelong Learning offers this virtual, 14-week certificate program to help students understand how and why design thinking leads to better problem-solving and innovation; learn how to better understand a problem; and learn how to apply skills to personal and professional challenges.


Certificate in Women’s Leadership
Gonzaga’s Center for Lifelong Learning offers this virtual, 14-week certificate program to help you develop skills and practices for advancing women in the workplace and working toward gender equity; understand your individual, unique leadership identity and how it surfaces in teams; identify practices and attitudes that contribute to healthy, fulfilling work-life integration; and much more.


Certificate in Climate Action Planning
Gonzaga’s Center for Lifelong Learning offers this virtual, 5-month non-degree program for professionals who wish to develop knowledge, skills and best practices related to climate action planning.

Certificate in Successful Selling: Portfolio
Through the ASPIRE program at Loyola University Maryland, business professionals can take this online, asynchronous course to learn how to establish sales processes; conduct investigations; and improve presentation skills.
