Ignatian Colleagues Program

Logo for the AJCU Ignatian Colleagues Program (ICP)

The Ignatian Colleagues Program (ICP) seeks to educate and form administrators and faculty more deeply in the Jesuit and Catholic tradition of higher education. Participants engage in the rich intellectual foundation and learn through experiential learning opportunities in order to articulate, adapt, and advance the Jesuit and Catholic mission of their institutions.

Participating in ICP allows individuals to take a deep dive into learning and experiencing many aspects of AJCU schools’ Jesuit and Catholic identity, charism, tradition and spirituality; it also helps them to form meaningful relationships with colleagues working in senior leadership roles throughout the 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States and Belize. ICP welcomes participants from all backgrounds, cultures, and faith/no faith traditions.

Know that it is an extreme privilege for ICP staff to serve those who care so deeply about fostering the Jesuit and Catholic mission on AJCU campuses.
