Founded in 2023, the AJCU Chief of Staff Network is comprised of chiefs of staff to the president at the AJCU member institutions. This network provides a forum for members to exchange best practices, discuss strategic leadership in support of their institutions’ Jesuit mission, and explore ways to enhance presidential operations.
Network members stay in frequent contact with each other through an active AJCU listserv and meet monthly in a virtual setting. Additionally, they gather once per year in person to foster deeper collaboration, share insights, and strengthen their roles in advancing institutional priorities.
