Tom Wesner has served as a member of the Carroll School’s Business Law Department since 2005. He holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. He was awarded the Boston College Carroll School of Management Honors Program’s Outstanding Teaching Award in 2018 and the Carroll School of Management Outstanding Teaching Award in 2014. His research interests relate to municipal finance, the evaluation of teaching, and the intersections between law and public policy. He is a graduate of Boston College and was formerly the Headmaster of the Woodward School, a college preparatory high school. He recently oversaw highly complex litigation involving a 6-year lawsuit for the recovery of trust assets involving the estate of President John Adams, which resulted in a multi-million dollar judgment.
