Co-Chair: Julia Wade has worked at Loyola Marymount University for twelve years. In her role as Director of Generative Dialogue and Restorative Practices, she focuses on transformative programs and initiatives that cultivate culturally conscious communities, strengthen relationships across differences, and empower students, staff and faculty to engage in dialogue and navigate conflict. Her research and practice interests include restorative culture-building and implementation of restorative practices in higher education settings, evaluation of implementation efforts, and restorative justice responses to student sexual misconduct.

Co-Chair: Naomi Sigg serves as Vice President for Student Experience and Campus Belonging at John Carroll University. For nearly two decades, she has championed dialogue as a powerful tool to build understanding, strengthen communities, and create spaces where individuals can engage across differences with empathy and purpose. Naomi has presented her dialogue work nationally and regionally, including at the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education , the Ohio College Personnel Association, and through various webinars, workshops, and trainings for colleges and universities across the country. Her work continues to focus on preparing individuals and communities with the skills to listen deeply, navigate complex conversations, engage across difference, and contribute to more inclusive and connected communities.
