It has become a tradition for our schools to produce Christmas videos featuring greetings and well wishes from presidents, faculty, staff and students. Beneath the Christmas videos is a gallery of holiday concerts produced by Jesuit institutions this year. Some include performances from years past, while others feature readings for Lessons and Carols via Zoom! You will also find links to Christmas recipes, holiday gift guides and much more. Though Christmas may not look the same on our campuses this year, the feelings of hope, love and cheer remain, and we hope that you enjoy these special virtual celebrations.

Saint Joseph’s University’s Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support has sensory-friendly gift recommendations for people with autism, and the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara University has produced an ethical giving guide.
And you may have seen that former President Obama just released his favorite book list of 2020! Two have ties to Fairfield University: Missionaries by Phil Klay and Memorial Drive by Natasha Trethewey. Klay serves on the faculty for Fairfield’s MFA program and Trethewey is a visiting writer for Fairfield’s upcoming virtual Winter Residency.
