Tim Love serves Loyola University Chicago as Title IX Coordinator and Executive Director of the Office for Equity & Compliance (“OEC”). Love is also a proud Rambler double-alumn (B.A. and J.D.) and holds a M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. Since 2008, Love has worked in various capacities for Loyola, including in Student Conduct, Residence Life, and the Office of the Dean of Students. In 2019 Love launched the OEC as a new initiative to centralize and coordinate the University’s compliance efforts across student, faculty, and staff communities, and presently serves all of LUC’s campuses in Chicagoland and abroad in this role. Love has also taught as adjunct faculty in the School of Education and School of Law, focusing on the nexus between student affairs and higher education law. Love lives with his wife and two young daughters about a mile from Loyola’s campus, and most days enjoys his “commute” via cargo bike (with the girls in tow) – rain, shine, or snow!
