Clint Springer is an associate professor of biology and directs the environmental science and sustainability studies program at Saint Joseph’s University. Dr. Springer’s scholarly work focuses on the impact of phenomenon related to human-induced climate change on plants and ecosystems. Prior to joining the faculty at Saint Joseph’s University in January 2008, Dr. Springer was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Kansas. Dr. Springer received his B.A. in biology (’99) and his Ph.D. (’04) in environmental and evolutionary plant biology from West Virginia University. Dr. Springer is active on Saint Joseph’s University’s campus and in his community to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship.
