After graduating from Xavier University in 1990, I joined the admission staff at Xavier as an admission counselor. Over the next 17 years, I had the opportunity to recruit all over the country for my alma mater. My responsibilities included the oversight of new student scholarship programs, coordination of the recruitment strategy for new freshmen, and supervision of the admission counseling staff. In addition, I served as the liaison to athletics and financial aid. From June 2006 to February 2008, I had the served as an interim director of admission. In February 2008, I started my tenure as the Director of Admission at Saint Joseph’s University. At Saint Joseph’s, I am responsible for the recruitment of new freshmen, traditional transfer students, and adult undergraduates. In addition, I oversee Enrollment Operations that is responsible for the processing of applications for all undergraduate and graduate programs.
