Jeannette Grey Gilbert, J.D., serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff for Regis University. As Chief of Staff, Jeannette oversees the President’s Office, serves as the President’s liaison to our Board of Trustees, and assists the President with governance bodies that include the President’s Cabinet and Advisory Council. Previously, Jeannette served as Human Resources Director of employee relations, employment, training and Title IX compliance for Regis. Jeannette continues to oversee the University’s Title IX compliance efforts as Chief of Staff.

Prior to joining Regis University, Jeannette practiced employment law in the Denver metro area, representing employees and employers in disputes with an emphasis on employment discrimination matters. Jeannette also spent several years consulting with employers about their human resources needs, specializing in employee relations and workplace investigations.

Jeannette received her Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
