Kenneth Olliff has served as Vice President for Research at Saint Louis University since 2016. Before joining SLU he spent 12 years at the University of Chicago, most recently as deputy to the Vice President for Research and National Laboratories. Ken has a B.A. in English from the University of Rochester; a Doctor of Ministry from Meadville Lombard Theological School; and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago. He was also ordained to the ministry and did doctoral work in theology at Harvard University. Ken serves on the boards of the Cortex Innovation Community and the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis, and lives in University City, Missouri with his wife, Heidi, and his daughters, Chloë and Clara.
