Sarah Bonewits Feldner (Ph.D., Purdue University, 2002) is an associate professor in the Diederich College of Communication. Her primary research focus is corporate communication with an emphasis on organizational identity. Here work uses a rhetorical approach to analyze the ways in which organizations establish identities. She teaches courses in organizational communication, corporate advocacy, and communication consulting. In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Feldner currently serves as the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and Research in the Diederich College of Communication and as the Director of the University Core of Common Studies.
