Debora Del Valle is currently the video producer in Xavier University’s Office of Marketing and Communications. She started her Xavier career in November 2002 when she joined Xavier’s public relations staff as a media relations specialist. From 2007-2012 she served as Director of Public Relations before joining the multimedia team as the video producer.
Prior to Xavier, Del Valle worked as a freelance writer/producer working with such clients as General Motors, Audi, TVGuide Channel, ABC News and SPCA Cincinnati. She has won several Telly awards for video production.
Before freelancing, Del Valle spent 11 years as a TV news producer at WKRC in Cincinnati and WDIV in Detroit, where several of the newscasts she worked on received regional Emmy awards. She has also worked for the Associated Press and several Michigan radio stations. Del Valle received her BA with honors in journalism from Michigan State University.
