Jesuit Diverse Nursing Faculty Network

Through this Network, faculty engage in strategic collaboration to better support the academic success of faculty and to harness the power of networking across Jesuit nursing schools to enhance inclusion and belonging in academia.

The Network strives to connect, mentor, recruit and retain through mutual support in members’ personal and professional journeys as nurses in Jesuit higher education.

The Network envisions a just and humane world in which nursing faculty work in solidarity to drive cultural changes; inspire inclusive perspectives; and support behaviors of faculty and students to sustain vibrant academic environments throughout Jesuit schools of nursing.

Solidarity, Integrity, Cura Personalis, Belonging, Respect

This Network explores strategies to support faculty scholarship, managing faculty workload, leadership, teaching, policy development, and service decision-making. This Network creates a safe forum to share resources; discuss strategies for navigating academia; find collaborators with similar interests; and foster recommendations for college, university and national policy changes, including dissemination of information throughout the Jesuit Network of nursing programs
