Job Summary:

The Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions is looking for a Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor for the 2024/2025 academic year.

 

A Jesuit institution located in the thriving Denver, Colorado metro area, Regis University invites applicants for a Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor position in the Department of Couple and Family Therapy. Co-housed with the Department of Counseling and uniquely positioned in the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions, the Department of Couple and Family Therapy utilizes a state-of-the-art training clinic, maintains strong community partnerships, and provides opportunities for inter-professional education and the delivery of integrated healthcare.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Essential:

 

Teaching; curriculum development; student advising; service to the department, division, college, university and community; research; and clinical supervision. Faculty practice is encouraged. Faculty contract is for 1 year (start: 8/1/2024; end: 7/31/2025). Additional work in the Summer 2024 term is negotiable.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

• Qualified individuals must have an earned doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

 

• Must be license-eligible in the state of Colorado; licensure candidacy or full licensure must be secured within two months of the start date.

• Clinical experience providing therapy to marginalized and underserved populations.

 

• Training and experience as a clinical supervisor

 

• Excellent collegiality and collaborative skills.

• Willing to invest in a collaborative, team-based research approach within the Division and College.

Pay Rate:

$70,000 – $76,000/ annually commensurate with qualifications
