Health Services Education at Regis University is looking for Affiliate Faculty members to teach a variety of courses for programs such as BS-HCA and MS-HSA. Affiliate teaching assignments are not guaranteed but are assigned on the basis of departmental and university requirements. Individual contracts are given per course for these assignments. Continued teaching contracts are not guaranteed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential:

Degree programs are delivered mostly in 8 week accelerated courses as well as in full semester (16 week) courses. Teaching these courses requires a great deal of student preparation and work outside of the formal classroom environment. Classes are small, ranging from 8 to 22 students, so students can interact and receive personalized attention. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate degree related to business from a regionally-accredited university or college.

 

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Jesuit pedagogy.

Work Schedule: Per course contract.

Pay ​Rate:
Doctoral prepared: $4,200

Masters prepared: $3,900

 

Benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
