Magis Catholic Teacher Corps: Associate Director

Magis Catholic Teacher Corps is a two-year Catholic school teacher formation program for recent college graduates which involves full-time teaching in a Catholic K-12 school, a fully-funded master’s degree from Creighton University, intentional community living, and faith formation in the Ignatian Tradition.  The Associate Director for Magis Catholic Teacher Corps at Creighton University collaborates with the program director to manage recruitment, marketing, and communication efforts, while supporting teacher certification and departmental activities. The role includes shared supervision and field responsibilities, with a focus on summer programming, teacher formation, community living, and faith formation. Key qualifications include knowledge of Ignatian spirituality, social justice, and school leadership, with a preference for candidates with teaching licensure and proficiency in communication and organizational tools. The individual must embody empathy, encouragement, and empowerment for Magis students in their formation journey.
