The Research Associate will join the Social Influence and Social Change Lab, which explores research questions related to social norms, collective action, conformity to social change, and how we perceive and misperceive “social reality”. The lab’s mission is to conduct research that is both theoretically novel and informs or develops interventions to address ongoing social problems related to the environment and climate change, social inequity, and public health.

The Research Associate will primarily coordinate research and resources in the lab to aid in the lab’s day-to-day affairs. The Research Associate will help manage Research Assistants in the lab. The Research Associate will also help develop and lead some novel research projects as well as participate in ongoing projects, with opportunities to publish research in academic journals.
