The Admissions Specialist at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development is responsible for the processing of approximately 2,000 applicants per year and the supervision of graduate student and work-study student support in various areas, including the timely processing of applications and requests for admissions information.  This position will also work with the Assistant Dean and the Associate Director to process applications, send out admission notifications, process the graduate student financial aid awards, and maintain the financial aid database. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing on-campus visits, informational interviews, and event support for Admissions events. This position will also work with the Assistant Dean to develop an alumni ambassador program for outreach to applicants. This position will also maintain and update all Admissions policies and procedures, weekly reports, and student record keeping including correspondence with applicants, competitor benchmarking, and sample verification of student achievement.
