Boston College Dining Services is seeking for friendly and flexible individuals to work on-call non-benefited Concessions Stand Managers. The Concessions Stand Manager supports the event operations team in running successful food and beverage concessions stands within the location. Responsible for running the operation of the concession stand including the cashiers, cooking, and prep areas. The Concession Stand Manager will oversee cleanliness, product quality, customer service, stand safety, food safety, and alcohol service.
Under the direction of the Concession Manager, you will oversee and be in charge of a concession and or vending operation. Must demonstrate hands on personnel management, customer service, leadership, and have a strong desire to for providing quality food and beverage product to our guests in a courteous, friendly, and effective manner.
