Job Description

Conduct legal research and analyze issues arising from California’s misdemeanor law and criminal procedure.
Write legal memoranda summarizing and analyzing legal research.
Draft motions for trial.
Review and organize discovery materials. Summarize findings to the assigned prosecutor on the case.
Assist Prosecutors with calendar matters in the courtroom.
Take on additional special assignments or projects as directed by the supervisor or deputy city attorneys. 
Annual Salary: $50,000
