Job Summary:
The English Department is seeking an Affiliate Faculty member for the fall 2023 semester.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate(s) will teach EN 250 – Literature Matters

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in English, as well as teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. in English

Work Schedule:

Classes for the fall semester will begin on August 21 and end December 1, 2023, finals will be December 4 through 8 and final grades will be due on the 16th. One hour of office hours per week, per class are required.

  • Monday/Wednesday – 8:30 to 9:20am

    This position is benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

    Pay Rate:
    $3,225 per course
