Short Program Description:

Fordham University’s biennial Board of Trustees Rome Summit deepens trustees’ formation in Ignatian spirituality and teaches them discernment tools for leadership. On the trip, trustees are also introduced to various pertinent dicasteries, fostering substantive conversations on mission today.

Program Goals/Intended Outcomes:

1. Deepen trustees’ formation in Ignatian spirituality.
2. Teach trustees discernment tools for leadership to strengthen their association with and commitment to Fordham’s Jesuit mission and their important role in sustaining it.
3. Introduce trustees to various dicasteries to discuss the importance and relevance of mission today.
