Living our Values (LOVE) Seminar/Advisory Group

Short Program Description:

Fordham University’s Living our Values (LOVE) Seminar began in Spring 2024 as a collaboration between the Faculty Senate President and the Office of Mission Integration and Ministry. Participants include senior administrators (five Cabinet members), Faculty Senate members, and other senior leaders who gather monthly to discuss the advancement of shared governance based on core Ignatian values.

Program Goals/Intended Outcomes:

1. Strengthen senior leadership’s understanding of and commitment to Ignatian values.
2. Identify ways that University departments can implement trust initiatives to advise on mission formation.
3. Foster team-building while pursuing the shared goal of improving trust throughout the University.
