ICP@SLU

Short Program Description:

Modeled on the national Ignatian Colleagues Program (ICP), ICP@SLU immerses faculty, staff and leadership at Saint Louis University in Ignatian spirituality, faith that does justice (service), and Ignatian pedagogy to further the mission for them both personally and professionally. For two years, participants commit to monthly meetings, an annual retreat, and an annual service experience with a diverse cohort.

Annual cohorts are formed each fall and meet monthly in small groups of six to eight people during the academic year to discuss Ignatian scholarship, experience Ignatian spirituality, and engage in Ignatian service.

Program Goals/Intended Outcomes:

1. Formation in the University’s Catholic and Jesuit Mission.
2. ICP@SLU participants form a community of colleagues gathered together and strengthened by their common Ignatian heritage and Jesuit mission.
