Short Program Description:
In collaboration with the Center for Social Justice, Research, Teaching and Service, Georgetown University’s Office of Mission and Ministry offers MAGIS Immersion Trips once per year for faculty and staff members. Past trips have visited places such as the Kino Border, El Salvador, and Peru.
Program Goals/Intended Outcomes:
1. Introduction to various issues related to Catholic faith and social justice.
2. Personal experience with communities putting the Jesuit mission into action through an on-site immersion trip.
