Short Program Description:

Faculty Manresa is a three-year mission onboarding program at Regis University that is required for all ranked faculty and is included in the faculty handbook.

The first year consists of a new faculty retreat, monthly meetings, and week-long seminar on Ignatian pedagogy. In the second and third years, faculty choose one experience from a list of opportunities.

Program Goals/Intended Outcomes:

1. A basic understanding of Regis’ Jesuit mission and heritage.
2. An ability to translate the University’s mission into their lives as faculty through teaching, research, and service.
3. A deeper appreciation for Regis’ mission.
4. Personal growth.
